PROPOSALS FOR FRANCHISE

We are in the process of expanding our operation by developing a network of franchisee across the globe. We would love to explore the possibility of having collaboration with you in this regard.

Requirements for a full flagged franchise center:

  1. Space of 500 sq.ft. to 800 sq.ft. having the provision for the reception cum waiting lounge, one cabin for the administrator, one or more cabins for therapy and a carpeted training hall with floor sitting and chair arrangement.
  2. Appropriate Furniture
  3. Air-conditioners, Fans, Light
  4. Water Dispenser
  5. Music System, Projector, Notice Board, Standee Banners, Sign-board etc.

 

Staffs Required:

  1. Administrator
  2. Trainer
  3. Front desk employee
  4. Peon
  5. Security Guard (Optional)

 

Monthly Office Expenses:

  1. Rent
  2. Electricity Bill
  3. Water Bill
  4. Staff Salary
  5. Advertisement Expenses
  6. Miscellaneous Expenses like Stationary, Refreshments etc.

Option A for Franchise-ship

Investment Required:

 INR 500,000 and own space with all required infrastructure

Expected profit by the time of three months:

  More than INR 50,000 TO INR 100,000

Franchise’s responsibility:

  1. Bearing entire office expenses except the salary of the trainer
  2. Managing Advertisements
  • Management of the center
  1. Appointment of all staffs other than that of the trainer

 

Our Responsibility:

Bearing Salary of the trainer and providing trainer for the center

Revenue Sharing Ratio: 60% -40% (60% to Franchise – 40% to Ultimate Bliss Foundation)

Option B for Franchise-ship

Investment Required:

 INR 500,000

Expected profit by the time of three months:

   Rs 50, 000 to Rs 100,000

 Franchise’s responsibility:

  1. Bearing entire office expenses except Advertisement Expenses and the salary of trainer
  2. Management & Supervision of the center
  • Appointment of all staffs other than trainer

 

Our Responsibility:

  1. Bearing Advertisements Expenses and Salary of the trainer
  2. Managing advertisement for the center
  • Providing trainer for the center

 

Revenue Sharing Ratio: 50% – 50%

Option C for Franchise-ship

Investment Required:

 INR 500,000

Expected profit by the time of three months:

 Approx. Rs 50, 000

Franchise’s responsibility:

Provide us with well-furnished and well equipped office

 

Our Responsibility:

Managing the whole center and bearing all expenses of the center

Revenue Sharing Ratio: 25% – 75% (25% to Franchise – 75% to Ultimate Bliss Foundation)
